Field Collection Officer

This role involves visiting clients with overdue cases to persuade payments and ensure compliance, including repossession of offline Bodas when necessary. The officer will handle debt recovery and asset repossession professionally, collaborate with law enforcement, stay updated on relevant laws, prepare investigation reports on missing assets, and compile weekly/monthly recovery reports.

• Previous experience in debt recovery will be an added advantage

• Customer-oriented attitude

• Must have a driving License including A2

• Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

• Fluent in English and Swahili
