You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will partner with department heads to define job competencies and utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or finance
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Preferred: Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., CIR, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist)
Preferred: Experience managing high-volume recruitment
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
Experience developing targeted technical and behavioral questions for IT and data roles
