Regional Sales Executives-bancassurance (General Insurance)

You will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a highly productive bancassurance unit within specified regions in Kenya. You will drive sales across Health, General, and Renewals portfolios, while ensuring exceptional customer retention through proactive management and timely issue resolution.

• Diploma in business, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, bancassurance, or financial services

• Proven track record of sales growth and team management
