The role
You will advise the Cabinet Secretary on national standards, codes, procedures and guidelines for participatory forest management, forest utilisation, forest products and services, and traceability systems for forest produce. You will also coordinate the national forest compliance and enforcement framework, register and regulate forest certification experts and timber graders, and publish annual reports on the state of forestry sector regulation.
