The role
You will initiate development, implementation and review of policies, strategies, guidelines and standards on workplace counselling and wellness, and oversee implementation of the Kenya Mental Health Policy and Action Plan in the public service. You will also spearhead research on psychological and wellness issues, oversee counselling and wellness consultancy programmes, and monitor and evaluate counselling and wellness services.
