You will oversee and continuously improve IT service delivery across the organization while ensuring services meet business, regulatory, and customer requirements. You will provide strategic leadership for ITSM processes and manage major incidents to ensure high availability and security of systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred: Master’s degree
8–12+ years of IT experience
5+ years in a leadership or senior management role
ITIL certification required (ITIL v4 preferred)
Experience working in a financial institution or other highly regulated environment
Certifications such as ITIL Managing Professional, PMP, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy)
Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and digital banking platforms
