Senior Relationship Manager, Institutional Banking

You will manage business development activities including prospecting, acquisition, and retention of corporate banking customers across various business lines. You will implement the Institutional Banking strategy to ensure achievement of profitability targets through growth of assets and revenue maximization.

• Business graduate from an accredited University

• At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Banking

• Added Advantage: Professional Qualifications CPA, ACCA, CFA, AKIB

• Added Advantage: Master’s Degree Finance or a Business-Related Field

• Experience in preparing quality credit proposals in conformity with Credit Policy guidelines

• Experience in managing a portfolio within stipulated Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Portfolio at Risk (PAR) parameters
