
You will coordinate with the Head of Branches to implement bank policy and procedures regarding the overall operations of the branch. You will be responsible for business development, staff development, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
University degree or above in a relevant business discipline e.g. business administration or finance
Master degree will be an added advantage
Minimum 8 yearsβ working experience in a Banking environment
Sound exposure to Branch Operations, Credit Management and Business development
4 years should be at a management role
Sound knowledge of Retail Banking/SME products, services and processes
Exposure in retail banking branch operations or customer service delivery
Profound understanding of retail market, key competitors and offerings
Thorough understanding of CBK regulatory framework and pertinent regulations impacting corporate customers
Diploma in Banking β AKIB (added advantage)
