Branch Manager – Rift Valley Region

You will coordinate with the Head of Branches to implement and carry out bank policy and procedures for the overall operations of the branch. You will be responsible for business development within the branch market, staff management, and adherence to policies and procedures.

• University degree or above in a relevant business discipline e.g. business administration or finance

• Master degree will be an added advantage

• Minimum 8 years’ working experience in a Banking environment

• Sound exposure to Branch Operations, Credit Management and Business development

• 4 years should be at a management role

• Sound knowledge of Retail Banking/SME products, services and processes

• Exposure in retail banking branch operations or customer service delivery

• Thorough understanding of CBK regulatory framework and pertinent regulations impacting corporate customers
