Manager – Learning & Development

You will design the end-to-end implementation of training and development programs from enrolment to impact evaluation. You will also assess staff talent levels and prepare data analyses to yield insights into learning initiative outcomes.

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration or other relevant social sciences

• At least 5+ years of experience in a Human Resource Field

• 3 years of experience in a learning and Development roles

• Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resource Management

• Experience in Learning and development, benefits administration, and workplace relations

• Valid practicing certificate from IHRM

• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
