You will design the end-to-end implementation of training and development programs from enrolment to impact evaluation. You will also assess staff talent levels and prepare data analyses to yield insights into learning initiative outcomes.
Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration or other relevant social sciences
At least 5+ years of experience in a Human Resource Field
3 years of experience in a learning and Development roles
Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resource Management
Experience in Learning and development, benefits administration, and workplace relations
Valid practicing certificate from IHRM
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
