Manager – Mortgage

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing mortgage products to meet customer needs and support the bank’s strategic goals. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product design to launch and continuous improvement.

• University Degree or Diploma

• At least 5 years of experience in mortgage product management, ideally within the banking or financial services sector

• Deep understanding of loan products and the mortgage market, including regulatory and compliance aspects

• Professional Banking qualification (AKIB) is an added advantage
