Manager, Business & Strategy Execution

You will support the Personal and Private Banking (PPB) Business Head to implement a broad range of programmes, projects and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives. You will also address delivery gaps, implement and maintain governance standards, manage business performance, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

• First Degree in Business Commerce or any other related field

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Support

• Demonstrable experience managing a broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics

• Significant experience in influencing stakeholders at different levels across a multiple of disciplines to achieve shared outcomes, specifically within a financial services environment
