You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and executive operations of the office, ensuring efficient communication between the County Executive and stakeholders. You will also oversee the preparation of high-level correspondence, reports, and policy briefs for the Executive Office.
Served as an Administrative Officer Job Group “Q” or in a comparable position for a minimum period of three (3) years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution
Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management; Communication, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution is an added advantage
Certificate in Supervisory/Management course
Certificate in computer applications skills
