You will plan, oversee and manage the work programme of the Planning & Finance Section, coordinating diverse projects and ensuring high-quality normative outputs on urban and territorial planning, urban finance and local economic development. You will recruit and manage staff, provide policy guidance to the Chief of Branch, and support country and regional offices in designing programmes and partnerships with International Finance Institutions.
