The role
You will lead a consultancy to support Turkana and Garissa Counties in transitioning to the Shirika Plan by diagnosing current financial positions and designing practical OSR strategies tailored to Dadaab-Hagadera and Kakuma municipalities. You will also build capacity of county and municipal stakeholders and produce high-quality written outputs, presentations, technical notes, and reports in line with UN-Habitat standards.
