The role
You will support the development of a Moscow Voluntary Local Report (VLR) by producing SDG-aligned financial analysis and spatially integrated outputs. You will conduct capital infrastructure stocktaking and budget tagging, model financial heatmaps and gaps, and prepare technical inputs for the VLR’s financial sections and related discussion papers.
