You will review, analyze, and finalize the preparation of the medium-term plan and its revisions, and provide substantive support to intergovernmental and expert bodies in their review and approval processes. You will also manage budget preparation and administration, including issuing allotments, monitoring budget implementation and expenditures, preparing budget performance submissions and reports, and acting as Certifying Officer under Financial Rule 110.4.
