The role
You will manage the strategic evaluation, including inception, data collection and analysis, and report writing, ensuring timely provision of evaluation outputs. You will lead desk review and interviews, coordinate evaluation methods and analytical tools, and draft the Inception Report, Main Evaluation Report, and related response-to-comments annexes in consultation with the Evaluation Manager.
