Responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. The role includes supervising student projects and dissertations, publishing scholarly work, and engaging in legal research. Additionally, the lecturer will participate in academic conferences, provide mentorship to students, and contribute to departmental and university governance. Collaboration with legal practitioners and industry stakeholders to enhance practical learning experiences is also expected.
Applicants must be holders of an earned PhD degree from a recognized university in the relevant area of specialty.
Have a Master’s degree in addition to a first degree from a recognized university in the relevant field;
Show evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars, or workshops;
Show evidence of continued research. Those who have university teaching experience and have published in refereed journals will have an added advantage.
