The role
You will continuously monitor UNON ICT infrastructure and provide first-line operational support for enterprise and service-provider networks, ICTS-owned data centers, and hosted systems. You will detect and manage incidents and events, maintain operational records and documentation, produce routine and ad-hoc reports, and support service performance and continuous improvement activities.
