You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the USIU-Africa Brand Store, both in-store and online. You will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to strategies that enhance store profitability and visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least three (3) years of experience in retail, sales, or the FMCG sector.
Demonstrated experience in store management, merchandising, and customer service.
Proficiency in IT applications including POS systems, online sales platforms, and inventory management tools.
Solid understanding of customer service best practices and retail operations.
