Administrative and Transport Assistant

You will verify incoming deliveries, manage inventory records, and ensure safe storage of materials. You will also safely drive authorized personnel, maintain the executive vehicle, and keep accurate travel logs.

• Certificate in Business Management or any other certificate-level qualification in a Business-related field

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• At least 3 years experience as a D3 driver in a reputable institution

• Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative support

• Certificate of Good Conduct

• Defensive Driving Course

• Valid institutional driver's license

• Past experience in logistics/supply chain operations
