Curriculum Development and Reform Coordinator

You will assist in reviewing undergraduate programs for alignment with institutional requirements and support departments in restructuring course outlines. You will also coordinate workshops, track national policy changes, and support the rollout of change management plans.

• Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development/Studies, Assessment, Education, Educational Measurement or a closely related discipline from a recognised University

• Minimum 3 years’ progressive experience in higher education Curriculum Development, Reform, Accreditation, or Quality Assurance

• Preferred: Experience with competence-based/Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) reforms

• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and mapping to competencies

• Demonstrated expertise in continuous and formative assessment design, implementation, and scaling

• Demonstrated expertise in change management, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement in a university context

• Added Advantage: Experience working within or with Kenyan higher education policy contexts and bodies, such as KICD and knowledge of National Qualification Frameworks

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, M&E design, and utilisation of educational technology tools
