The role
You will primarily be employed as teaching staff on permanent and pensionable terms while holding the Head of Department position on a three-year renewable contract. You will oversee teaching and examination processes, manage departmental programme development and review, and handle people management, student retention and progression, and timely resolution of student and staff concerns.
