You will teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department, designing, developing, and delivering a range of study programmes. You will also carry out research, write grant proposals, and provide mentorship to students and staff.
A Master s degree qualification in Hospitality Management from an accredited University.
A Bachelor's degree qualification in Hospitality Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management from an accredited University.
At least three (3) years of post-qualification work experience.
Demonstrated university-level teaching and research experience.
Conversant with both kitchen and restaurant operations
