You will drive the uptake of bundled insurance solutions across priority segments like agriculture and MSMEs while managing relationships with aggregators to achieve revenue targets. You will also negotiate commercial terms, conduct field activations, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Agribusiness, Sales, or related field
Relevant certifications in insurance, agriculture, or financial inclusion
Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or channel management in insurance, agriculture, or financial inclusion
Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership management
Experience with insure techs, social enterprises, or donor-funded programs
Willingness to travel regionally
