You will drive revenue growth by activating distribution channels and managing aggregator partnerships to increase policy uptake across inclusive product lines. This role requires negotiating commercial terms, conducting field activations, and delivering monthly Gross Written Premium targets.
Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Agribusiness, Sales, or related field; master’s preferred
Relevant certifications in insurance, agriculture, or financial inclusion
Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or channel management in insurance, agriculture, or financial inclusion
Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership management
Experience with insure techs, social enterprises, or donor-funded programs
Willingness to travel regionally
