The role
You will drive, secure, and expand the Home Comfort business in Bulgaria by defining and executing local sales strategies and achieving annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets. You will lead and develop the local sales team, manage diverse sales channels (Retail, 2-step/3-step distribution, and residential/commercial projects), and collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent customer service.
