Manages partnerships and mobilizes resources from institutional and individual funders to grow HELB’s external funds. Oversees the development of innovative financing products and ensures compliance with partnership agreements while maintaining fund accountability and performance monitoring.
Served for a cumulative period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Principal External Resource Mobilization and Partnership Development Officer or in a comparable position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Leadership course lasting at least four (4) weeks.
Membership in a relevant professional body.
Certificate in computer applications.
