Leads the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of business applications to enhance service delivery. Supervises ICT projects, ensures alignment with user requirements, and fosters a high-performing team to achieve institutional objectives.
A cumulative period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Principal ICT Officer or in a comparable position.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Leadership course and management course (each lasting at least four weeks).
Professional certification in at least two of the following: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, MCSE, or equivalent.
Membership in a relevant professional body.
Certificate in computer applications.
