Oversees procurement and asset disposal policies, ensuring compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015. Develops procurement plans, manages tendering processes, and ensures timely delivery of goods and services. Ensures optimal and cost-effective supply chain operations while aligning with the institutional risk management framework.
Served for a cumulative period of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Assistant Director, Supply Chain Management or in a comparable position.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Leadership course certificate lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
Membership in Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or relevant professional body.
Valid Supplies Practitioner license.
Certificate in computer applications.
