You will define, implement, and enforce the enterprise-wide data governance framework, ensuring data assets are managed and protected effectively. You will champion a data-driven culture by promoting data quality, integrity, security, and accessibility across all business units.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Business Administration, data management or a related quantitative field
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®), DCAM or Other relevant certifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in data management, data governance, or a related field
Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing an enterprise-wide data governance program
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex data-related projects
Extensive knowledge of data management principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., DAMA International)
Deep understanding of data quality and metadata management
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., KDPA, Prudential Guidelines, Computer misuse and cybercrime act)
Familiarity with Data Governance tools and technologies
Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools
