Chief Finance Officer

You will provide strategic leadership over the airline’s financial health, long-term sustainability, and growth. You will oversee all financial management, lead the formulation of financial strategies, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Master’s degree is an advantage

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA)

• Minimum 15 years’ senior-level experience in finance or accounting

• Proven leadership in corporate strategy and financial management

• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance

• Strong knowledge of financial systems

• Proven track record in leading finance functions across regional and/or global markets

• Experience managing multi-currency environments

• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups

• Experience in the airline or transportation industry is an added advantage
