The role
You will ensure daily production targets are achieved within required timelines by translating production plans into daily execution. You will monitor and control milk intake, supervise production and packaging/filling machines, ensure CIP/sterilization, hygiene and food safety standards, maintain production records, and report machine breakdowns and operational challenges.
