The role
You will manage outpatient, optical and dental preauthorizations and communicate with providers, clients, and brokers on timely undertakings, rejections, and concerns. You will also handle the 24-hour emergency line and ensure care management decisions are accurate and aligned to policy provisions and turnaround times.
