You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Foundation’s technical data infrastructure, enabling accurate analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in delivering the Foundation’s Enterprise Data strategy and platform as part of a newly established Data and Analytics sub-function.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
8 years of experience in data management or a related role, with experience in the international development, research, or social sectors preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leadership roles.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), or similar are preferred, although not required.
Expertise in SQL.
Hands-on experience with development in cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) using Python or similar languages.
Familiarity with modern SDLC practices and agile methodologies.
Expertise in data engineering, integration techniques, and tools.
Strong understanding of data modelling fundamentals.
