The role
You will lead hospital-wide development, review, and implementation of quality and patient safety policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines. You will also coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for sentinel events, drive corrective and preventive action plans, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Medical Division.
