
You will be responsible for delivering Transaction Banking Products and Services, focusing on payments processing, integrated collections, cash management, and electronic transaction channels. You will implement and deploy solutions, collaborate with client relationship teams, and support customized solution development to enhance business and customer retention.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/ ICT related field from a recognised university.
Professional Certification in ICT related course is an added advantage
Five (5) years banking experience from a relevant field.
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to withstand operational challenges and maintain momentum
Excellent Presentation and Communication for Senior Management level analysis
Proven Operational and Service Excellence
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent research and problem-solving skills
Ability to systematically work through projects in accordance with a structured methodology
Sound knowledge of statutory requirements and banking experience
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Integrity and courage to challenge the actions within various business divisions and the status quo
