You will deputize the School Leader in managing the daily operations of the school, including academics, student affairs, health, safety, and operations. You will be responsible for leading the school's culture, managing the leadership team, and building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree
Masters degree in Education Management/Administration is desirable
TSC number and certificate
2+ years of experience in a rigorous, high-expectations school setting including instructional leadership roles (e.g., Dean of Instruction, Dean of Students, Deputy Head, teacher coach, etc.)
Experience as a Head of School is highly valued but not a prerequisite
Experience using tech
