The role

Job Description

You will serve on the County Public Service Board by establishing and abolishing offices in the county public service and appointing persons to hold or act in offices within the county public service. You will also exercise disciplinary control over persons holding or acting in those offices and prepare regular reports for submission to the county assembly on the execution of the Board’s functions.

What you need

Requirements

Be a Kenya Citizen;
Not be a state or public officer;
Be in possession of a first degree from a recognized university in Kenya;
Have knowledge and working experience of not less than ten (10) years;
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on Leadership
Has not, at any time within the preceding five years, held office, or stood for election as:
A member of Parliament or of a county assembly; or
A member of the governing body of a political party;
Is, or has not at any time been, the holder of an office in any political organisation that
sponsors or otherwise supports, or has at any time sponsored or otherwise supported, a
