The role
You will manage and motivate the Direct Sales team to achieve the bank’s sales and revenue targets through acquisition of new customers, growth of existing relationships, cross-selling, and excellent customer service. You will drive sales performance, manage sales pipelines, coach sales staff, and monitor field activities in line with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
