You will be in charge of all catering and kitchen operations, planning menus and special functions. You will also supervise the procurement and storage of food supplies, train subordinate staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.
Served as Cook 1 or its equivalent for a minimum period 3 years
Diploma in Catering Management, Hotel and Institutional Management, or equivalent
