National Consultant: Technology Governance Expert

You will develop a standardised Criminal Case Taxonomy providing a common Kenyan framework for classifying, identifying and exchanging criminal case information across justice sector information systems. You will assess existing classification practices, build the taxonomy's conceptual model, hierarchical structure, identifier schemes, metadata and interoperability standards/APIs, and recommend governance, maintenance and sustainability arrangements.
