The role
You will lead the incubation phase for newly acquired sellers to ensure they reach their first sales within their first 30 days on the platform and oversee the Midtail segment. You will manage a team of Incubation Associates and Midtail account managers, drive adoption of Jumia growth tools among smaller vendors, and track seller success and churn using PowerBI and internal dashboards.
