The role
You will lead the Credit Control function to ensure timely premium collection, effective management of debtor ageing, accurate reconciliation of intermediary and client accounts, creditworthiness assessment, and proactive mitigation of credit risk. You will safeguard cash flow, support company and regulatory compliance, enforce approved credit terms, and partner with underwriting, claims, finance, sales, intermediaries and legal/recovery partners to resolve disputes, improve collections discipline and reduce exposure to bad debts.
