You will implement strategies, policies, and manuals for the supply chain management function, adhering to public procurement acts and regulations. You will oversee contractual agreements, manage tender exercises, and provide expert advice on procurement strategy. You are also responsible for consolidating the annual procurement plan, developing internal policies, and establishing procurement governance and risk management frameworks.
Masters Degree in the following disciplines; Business Administration, Economics, Commerce (Supplies Management option) or its equivalent from a recognized University.
Ten (10) years relevant work experience three (3) of as a Procurement and Supplies Officer I Grade12 or its equivalent.
Be registered with the relevant professional body and in good standing.
Valid practicing license
Attended management course(s) not lasting four (4) weeks.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
