Senior Associate: Claims

You will ensure the best claims approach is taken when dealing with motor claims matters by managing all tasks in the motor section. You will coordinate and organize work, motivate staff, maintain discipline, and guide and train newly recruited staff. You will prepare and review claims-related reports, check and authorize payments within the mandate, handle client and service provider queries, and collaborate with other departments on matters such as system development.
