You will provide professional leadership in the management of human resources, ensuring the hospital has adequate HR capacity to deliver on its mandate. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing human resource management policies, coordinating organizational development, and managing staff performance systems.
A minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience with at least five (5) years' experience in a supervisory position.
Bachelor's degree in any of the following Social Sciences: Human Resource Management, Sociology, Records Management, Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Development, Human Resource Management and Development, Business Administration/Management, Public Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Records Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Certificate.
Valid 2025, Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Leadership/Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Fulfilled requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
