You will proactively identify, build, manage and advise a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring their needs are fulfilled with the right equities, fixed income, derivative or other structured product solutions. Your role is to maximize sales return within defined risk parameters while optimizing cross-selling opportunities and the overall client experience.
First Degree in Business Commerce or any other related field
5-7 years of experience
Relevant experience in trading deal execution and financial markets analysis
Product knowledge across the Equities business
Seasoned experience in the asset management sector / financial services
Seasoned sales experience within an Equities business, selling across cash equities, fixed income and equity derivatives, with specialization in at least one client sector preferred
Experience planning for self and team in line with defined objectives and operational plans to achieve sales targets
Understanding of the risk and regulatory environment
Seasoned experience in client relationship management with a demonstrated track record applying judgement, best practice and knowledge of internal or external business environment to solve escalated problems
