You will plan, prepare, and oversee the production of high-quality meals for catered events, functions, and special occasions within the university. This role ensures all dishes are prepared in accordance with food safety standards, event requirements, and quality expectations, while supervising kitchen staff involved in function catering.
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field from a recognized institution
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
